The Dallas Concilio’s mission is to advocate and enhance the quality of life for Hispanics through partnerships with communities. Dallas Concilio staff and volunteers engage local Hispanics in systematic community planning for input into the design and delivery of social, educational, and health care services; provide technical assistance to service providers to enhance the coordination of outreach to Hispanics; and provide cultural competence training to service providers.
